To Underestimate:

To estimate (something) as being less than the actual size, quantity, or number or to think of (someone or something) as being lower in ability, influence, or value than that person or thing actually is.

I am a happily married mother of a four year old baby girl with another one on the way! I guess you could sayย I am underestimated because I am 4’11. It seems like everywhere I go people think I am a lot younger then I really am and treat me like I amย less than or lower in ability to do things like provide for my family. It’s heart wrenching to be devalued and I wanted to make this blog to uplift those who either underestimate themselves or are underestimated by others, as well as remind those who may be underestimating others and not even realize it!

A little bit about me? I love to craft and I hope to someday make a living off of it. I like to cook and clean on most days ๐Ÿ˜‰ but more importantly I like to spend time with my family. Watching Emma grow up has been the most amazing experience I have ever had and there are plenty of more years to come! I like trying new things, which makes cooking and crafting interesting sometimes haha. I also love to read, but rarely have the time for it so lately I’ve been listening to audiobooks which you’ll see me review here.

My husband is the most amazing guy I have ever met, he is an avid video gamer and an amazing writer. It’s funny how alike we are, his creative side is video games and writing, mine is crafts. He is a homebody and I hate going outside when it’s cold!! So we make a good pair in the winter then in the summer I drag him out of the house ๐Ÿ˜‰ He worked as a cook at a restaurant for a few years so he really is the better cook in the family but he puts up with my attempts to cooking andย  is always there to help me clean. We make a perfect team and I feel so lucky to have him in my life.

Emma is an even mix of my husband and I. She has his great memory and ease of learning new things, my creative side and both of our stubborness which I know will give her the strength she needs to take care of herself when she gets older.

We are seriously excited for a soon to be arrive in August that we’ve named Payton! I’m curious what her personality will be like and cannot wait to hold her in my arms!

Well that’s enough about me! Hope you enjoy my blog, leave me comments, questions, opinons, and life stories! I’d love to hear it all ๐Ÿ™‚

Love Always,

Hi J. Thanks for following my blog. I have to admit that I didn’t know you blog before, but it looks very nice. I’ll be keeping an eye at what you post. Plus, you seem a really nice person. And I’m small too! ๐Ÿ˜‰ (I looked for a ulnit converter from cm to feet and it says I’m 5 feet). I’ve felt a little bit overwhelmed with the list of things you plan to do before you turn 30. I’m 29 and I haven’t done any of them!! If you don’t achieve them all, don’t be sad: You have a lovely family! Thanks again and best whishes for all your projects! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚ Yay for small people who understand me! lol. Yes it is kind of a crazy list! I’ve marked a few more things off that I need to update so thank for the reminder ๐Ÿ˜‰ Yes, that’s why I put at the bottom to be proud of myself not matter what happens. If I don’t make them all come true before then – oh well! But I still want to try! Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m looking forward to posts on your blog – it caught my eye and I immediately knew I was going to love it. Keep in touch!
